Jay's Rage of the Week

I heard a caller who recently came back from Iraq and told this story.

He was with his battalion when they got raided, one troop got killed and others injured.

One soldier managed to get to a machine gun and successfully defended the group.

He saved many U.S lives and risked his own in doing so. What a hero, right?? WRONG


Because the machine gun was a 50caliber meant to penetrate armor and not the less powerful carry type,he was charged and will be tried.

I hope this isn't true but with all I read about the Obama Administration wanting to prosecute members of our own CIA. I wonder? When defending American lives, should we care which gun we use?
